USS OHIO 1904 CRIUSE SILK EAGLE BANNER OF CHARLES BILGERE.Large ornate US Navy Silk banner with photographs commemorating the 1904 cruise of the USFS Ohio to Manila, China, and Japan. A silk hand done portrait of the ship is also incorporated into the banner. The photographs are of US sailor Charles Joseph Bilgere and his parents Sebastian and Mary Baylor Bilgere.
